Excuse don't give your result, but Action did..
Many of you mind thinking, in order to get a result first u need to secrifice alot of thing, included your own SWEET and favourite food even maybe activity.

Honestly I always not consider myself as a very workout person, cos I enjoy food so much, and I can't be working like 2 hour 4 time a week like others!
BUT I keep it consider but short like 15 to 30min every single workout.

One thing I need to share today is exercise is like how u run your business successfully. It's require consistence momentum and enjoy what you do.

Now let's talk about how to find your big" E"(ENJOY) in exercise, just imagine do you still remember why do you until now still enjoy so much in basketball, some of you might in running 🏃,Badminton or other kind of activity?

I'm very sure all this while you are one of the good preformance in that particular sport among all you friend right?
And there where you get your confidence from, also cause the big E to you toward that particular sport till now.

Look is all emotion destroying your DREAM body, destroying the opportunity for you to own a body that u never think off!
